Per kitchen or branch, per month, in Egyptian pounds and excluding 14% VAT. The first 14 days are a free trial that we set up with you on one zone.

- Hardware is optional. It runs on any Android phone or tablet you have, and a printer isn't required. A full kitchen kit is roughly EGP 22,000 to 33,000, bought by you.
- Paid by invoice, via bank transfer or InstaPay.
- On an annual plan you pay for 10 months and get 12.
- Not there yet: a live rider map (with the store app from March 2027), Foodics and Talb integration, and a POS with e-receipts. For now location is logged at pickup, delivery and return, and Ridercrew runs beside your cashier.
- WhatsApp customer updates as an add-on from March 2027: EGP 600 a month for 1,000 orders, then EGP 0.60 per order.
- The UAE comes after Egypt, priced in AED. Message us if you're interested.
Money questions
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices exclude 14% VAT.
What if I have 7 riders?
Kitchen covers up to 6 riders, and each extra rider is EGP 250 a month. So 7 riders come to EGP 1,750.
Why is Start capped at 3 riders?
To keep it simple and cheap for small kitchens. Once you pass 3 riders you move to Kitchen.
How do I pay?
Monthly or annual invoice, paid by bank transfer or InstaPay.
I have more than one branch.
Each branch is billed on its own for now. The Chains plan (3 branches and up) arrives in March 2027 with a branch board and call-centre entry.
